Composter advice

I want to buy a composter to replace my trashcan one which is too hard for me to turn properly and therefore doesn't get turned regularly. Any advice or suggestions of one that works well and is easy to use. Because I live in a suburban neighborhood with no fence I can't use an open bin system. I am considering a closed tumbler type.

A tumbler would be nice... wish I had one. 
I have one of those black compost bins and find turning is a pain for me.

Go to www.instructables.com and type in composter. There are instructions to make one on rollers that you can turn. Very interesting DIY site.
