Sustainable Gardening Australia - WiseGardening app (Free)
SGA has developed the WiseGardening app due to concerns about the risks of garden chemical products to humans and other life forms. Free download. the WiseGardening app has been designed to help people protect their gardens from pests, diseases and weeds - without harming themselves or the planet. The app is specific to Australia and compares and rates over 850 products with a simple star system as well as suggesting non-chemical alternatives.
Scientists Dr. Sharron Pfueller, CEO of the environmental non-profit SGA, and Dr. Colin Allison are quoted. All products are given an easy-to-understand star rating.
Currently free for users https://wisegardening.sgaonline.org.au
You can also download and install WiseGardening on your mobile device. If you have any difficulties doing that, , you can find assistance at

Re: Sustainable Gardening Australia - WiseGardening app (Free)
Fortunately, using SFG principles of using Mel's Mix with no amendments or chemical fertilizers, and following organic integrated pest management techniques, there is no reason to use any of the environmentally damaging chemicals.

"The app also lists alternative, non-chemical options to help users make informed choices."
