Tomato Dishes Empty Tomato Dishes

Post  zaheerkhan Thu 30 Dec 2021 - 4:57

I grow my own tomatoes and other veggies in my home. Last season I made ketchup, sweet and spicy salsa, and cherry tomato bruschetta. These are a few ways to use a lot of tomatoes.

Also, I sold a few tomatoes from my garden.

Canning is a great way to use extra tomatoes (and other garden bounty). The good thing about many tomato recipes is that any Ball / USDA approved recipes that call for water baths less than 45 minutes, also can be safely steam canned. This year I put up salsas, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, bruschetta, crushed cranberry sauce and marinated mushrooms, and all things pickled.
