Mystery seed Empty Mystery seed

Post  funnygroundhog 6/27/2020, 11:28 pm

Pre-pandemic I had some [long since forgotten food] and, mostly jokingly, said I would keep the seeds to plant. Two-ish months ago, I saw the seeds and popped them into some dirt just to see what would happen. I'm sure this won't turn into real food due to the season, but now I'm curious. I know it's a long shot but does anyone have any suggestion what this might be?

Definitely not cucumber. We hate those! Squash is a remote possibility as I did purchase one to try to make a copycat of Panera butternut squash soup for a coworker. Hmm. In that case, I could probably drop those in the bed and see what happens.

Thanks!

Mystery seeds can be fun.  Yours looks like a squash. ??

Here's my mystery seed (the 4 huge tomatoes), one seed in a pack of Snow Fairy tomatoes ( the 4 on the right). I saved seeds from last year and it grew true this year. Mystery seed Tomato25
