Be a couch potato or grow your own potatoes?
An interesting article for beginner gardeners. This article suggests that potatoes do not grow on the couch.
I love the opening paragraph:
Spring officially sprung this year on Thursday, March 19, and the weather is finally catching up. Quarantine has canceled many seasonal events, but spending time in nature is still safe as long as we practice social distancing. As a way to spend some time outside, and to improve morale and increase food supply, Cornell University Cooperative Extension is encouraging people to plant their own vegetable gardens through their campaign, “Just Plant It, NY!”
