Re: growing wheat, sunflower, etc in SFG beds
I have grown a lot of sunflower (black oil) microgreens. But never in the garden, always inside in plastic trays. I thought about the garden but they only take about 10 days from seeding before they are ready to harvest so I don't bother with the garden. Also, they only grow about 6 inches tall before they are ready to harvest. I can't see myself bent over or on my knees to harvest the sprouts if planted in the garden. Much easier to set the tray on the kitchen counter to harvest the sprouts.
The sunflowers are in the bottom row between the purple radish and pink amaranth.

I thought about the bending, so I was going to try it in my one of the elevated bed under shade cloth when I get my new shade cloth in. I was hoping they would sprout before burning up, I want to use them for juicing for now.
Your inside operation looks great.
