Re: Bok Choy
I ordered some "Baby" Bok Choy seeds from Baker Creek, thinking I could use the 9 per square planting instead of the 4 per square I had been using. But, the babies quickly grew to nearly full-size Bok Choy and I had to thin them to 4 per square in order for the leaves to not smother each other. They are delicious early spring cool weather plants, though, and the seeds germinate in 3 days on a heat mat set at 75ºF.
These are the seeds I ordered from Baker Creek: https://www.rareseeds.com/bok-choy-shanghai-green
