Love love love this! Thanks Rooster!

I'm heading for hip replacement this Wednesday so any helpful hints about post op exercises would be most welcome.  PT will be coming to the house for a week or two but I want to get back in the garden as soon as possible. Spring has finally sprung here!

You are welcome! There seemed to be a need or interest for a place for well being here on the forum. I know my family has really tried to focus on better health recently, and it seemed others on the forum have also, so here we are Wink
