Peggy's easy gluten free nanner nut bread
We finally had time to put Peggy's banana nut bread recipe on our blog. We were really surprised to find it wasn't there already. Here it is:

Re: Peggy's easy gluten free nanner nut bread
You are very welcome Sanderson God knows you have helped us in the past. We were actually surprised we didn't have it published. this year we gave away over 20 mini loaves of it for Christmas and were flooded with recipe requests and couldn't find it. Sorry it took so long to do, and yes we shared it here first just for you....
Re: Peggy's easy gluten free nanner nut bread
I use a banana bread recipe for my zucchini bread and just substitute shredded zucchini for bananas. Might be worth a try for this recipe???
Re: Peggy's easy gluten free nanner nut bread
Let us know how it comes out as zucchini bread we may give it a try as well. So far no bananas in the yard they had to start over from the ground up after last winters hard freeze so they wont bare till next year. We have a nice crop of pecans growing so if a storm dont take them we will have a good harvest. They are the expensive part so its nice to have them growing.
