Seed Catalogs!
I think it's a bit early, even for SC. I got my first catalog today. From HPS, never heard of them, but their prices are ok, and they even have some flower seed. I think I got about 40 catalogs last yr.

I got two last year around Jan Feb time frame but since I just moved they might not get to me. I love going through them on wet rainy cold days. Since I don't have catalogs I have been forced to do laundry. lol

I'm so good on seeds I won't be buying any, well... except to look for so green beans that are more heat resistant. Any suggestions?

If you want pole beans, rattlesnake beans grow fairly well in our heat but they do slow down a little.audrey.jeanne.roberts wrote:I'm so good on seeds I won't be buying any, well... except to look for so green beans that are more heat resistant. Any suggestions?

Ditto. After the summer heat, mine picked up again and I hated to pull them so I could get the snow peas started.
