A Very breezy day

Grapefruit juice for breakfast this morning so I toddled out to get some 3 big ruby reds from the tree makes 2 glasses of juice. Was surprised to find it very blustery out. I hadda chase my hat across the yard, having neglected to use the chin strap. Since it fell off I used it to carry the fruit back into the house.

I've been eating grapefruits all of my life and I love them. Walmart sells a Delmonte product from Mexico that is absolutely delicious.
All cut in pieces the label claims 10 red grapefruits.and the price hasn't changed in 5 years anyway...

We have ruby red grapefruit and they are at their best right now. I often pick one cut it in half with my pocket knife and squeese it straight into my mouth. Alls I can tell ya is ours are better that the store bought about the same as a home bought tomater is better than strore bought exactly the same difference only different??? Wink
