Had some time this afternoon and on FB, under Vegetable gardening group was a discussion of raised beds:

Which then led me to an article by "The Food Project" and both further discussion of raised beds but especially on page 9 of the article, Mel's mix is discussed under using good soil:

Love to see the citing of decent information on FaceBook - especially about what we try to do.
