Re: Spacing Question
I hope someone knows the answer to this, because I'm new to gardening and was planning a North end (facing South) trellis in my 4 x 8 box planted similarly to yours.
Tomato - Pole Bean - Pole Bean - Tomato
My guess is that it will be okay as long as we go with the single stem method on the tomatoes to prevent them from overcrowding the beans or in your case, the cucumbers in box 1 and the beans and peas in box 2.

On Box 2, your pea is a cool season crop, the others are warm season crops, so the pea should be done with the trellis space by the time the others are needing it.

Re: Spacing Question
Below is my 2014 garden layout. I have added a trellis to both of my 3x6 boxes for this year. Last year I did what you are going to do in your box 1 in my Northen 4x8 box with Tomato (1) - Cucumberr (2) - Cumcumber (2) - Tomato (1). I did have to prune my tomatoes to only 2 vines each, which was great and helped everything grow well.

Re: Spacing Question
Catbranch and MASFG, just a thought....if you consider companion planting, tomatoes and pole beans might not be the best neighbors. Tomatoes grow well with bush beans, summer squash and cucumber.
