Gnats in my seedlings

Gnats in my seedlings
I've had some type of gnat around my indoor seedlings. I used hydrogen peroxide mix to keep the "mold?" in check. I thought when I planted the seedlings in the MM in the boxes that they would die off. But they aren't, in fact, it looks like they are increasing. Neem oil spritz on the MM???

I think my sunflower plant can take me in a fair fight...it's taller than me, and it keeps giving me dirty looks.

Or teeny flyswatter. :DI just didn't want them to transmit some fatal plant disease from plant to plant.
