Question about what I found today...
I just happened by my local Habitat for Humanity ReStore today. They had metal bed frames that came from a hotel that was being refurbished. They are metal boxes with three metal bars with feet on the bottom. There are two sizes... 44 x 72 and 66 x 75... do you think these would be ok to use as my raised beds??

How long are your arms?? Mel recommends no wider than 48" which equates to a 2' reach into the interior of the boxes from any side. The 44 x 72 is great. The 66 x 75 is a personal decision. You can use cinder blocks to elevate the frames to your desired height. Plus some blocks under the metal bars. Plants in the Table Tops can get tall so balance comfort vs reach ability.

Yes, as long a you can reach the middle of the bed from the outside. But be wary of any rough or sharp edges.
