Is This A Butterfly or Moth?
I have looked at lots of identification pictures and cannot find it. It has such a beautiful shape and colors, I tend to think it is a butterfly. Anyone seen any like this?

That is a butterfly. Note the antennae. I will help look it up in a while. In the meantime try bugguide.net or your state butterfly page. Thanks for posting! It's a pretty creature.

Helpful tip: Butterflies have knobs at the end of their antennae, but moths don't.
