tomato plants are not thriving Empty tomato plants are not thriving

I planted heirloom seedlings in mid April and my plants are thin and the leaves are small. I have only seen 8 flowers on 9 plants and they die. What could be the problem? I have used Bill's fertilizer and spray n grow.

Hi there. Sorry about your tomato plants. Did you plant them in dirt, dirt and compost or Mel's mix?

Has the temperature been higher than 85*F during the day and higher than 70*f at night? If do it may be to hot right now for the plants to set fruit.
