We picked a nice harvest of rover hybrid and french breakfast radishes today. This is the first year growing French Breakfast. They both matured at the same rate and developed good roots. The red rover are the winner in taste and texture though--a bit more of radish bite, but not too much and a more firm texture. The French Breakfast are definitely one of the more mild radishes I've had. What's everyone favorite radish?

I just harvested my second crop of French Breakfast radishes (I only do heirlooms), and I enjoyed them, my boss liked them, my dad liked them, everybody liked them.

It's a bit hotter here in Las Vegas, so my radishes had a decent bite. The second crop was a lot smaller than the first, but overall in better condition.

So, big fan of French Breakfasts here!

Very Happy
