PNW Free turnkey tabletops
I'm in spring cleaning mode lately. I need warm weather more than more tabletops. Be the first to own a double decker tabletop! Add one inch foamboard on the frame, set your boxes on top, and you're ready to fill with MM. It's a kids bunk bed; top bunk is about 5 feet high.
You could cut off the legs and just use the top bunk, or flip the unit on-end for instant trellises. You could plant on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk could be the 'roof' of a cold frame.
Or maybe you can think of another purpose. Maybe you need kids' bunk beds!
Let me know if interested.

Very cool - if I was in your area I'd love to have it but I think I am 1000 miles away.

Yeah, darn it, I don't think the price would offset transportation costs!
Great Idea!
What a great idea for re-purposing bunk beds! I am always looking for ways to reuse items. Thanks for the ideas!

If I weren't on the other side of the world from you that thing would already be in the back of my truck.

Thanks for the warm welcome!
I would be interested! I'll send you and email in a second
My latest re-purpose idea was the little kid wading pool that isn't used anymore. I turned it into a strawberry patch! It sits on a large log from a tree we recently had removed. High enough off the ground so I don't have to get on my knees to tend them, lol. I got a couple of starts last year and had them in a black plastic cauldron, like what is used at Halloween, that I got for a quarter at the St Vincent De Paul store. They were so root bound this year that I had to cut the pot off of them. Of course drain holes were bored into the bottom of the pool. Don't want swimming strawberries, lol!

Re: PNW Free turnkey tabletops
As per my PM, sorry that I haven't been here in 5 days, with Saturday come & gone. No, unless you had some looong limo, Boffer's bed-frame would not fit into any 'car'; might not even be able to tie it on top of the 'van'. So Boffer can give it to someone else, as every day the situation here has changed...nurzemjd wrote:

(This weekend i had to move 24 construction blocks, no less three times. My arms have 3 inch long scratches & welts in varying stages of healing, & I can barely move.) off to my thread for questions/answers.
Anyway, thanks for your thoughtfulness, & enjoy this week in this nice weather in
your beautiful garden... nurzemjd
