Don't think I've posted pictures of these before.

My SFG from last year was done, it was a 4x4 on the ground, and had been invaded by vast amounts of mint (digging out the soil I filled a 5 gallon bucket with roots from it).

So this year I moved it all up on bricks (not terribly high, but high enough to stop the mint, stop the crab-grass, and hopefully keep SOME of the ants out).

The overview, basic shape is an N shape made up of 2 2x3's and a 2x8 along the top.

On the left, two tomato plants, and two pepper plants, I had planted some parsley but it didn't seem to want to survive, no great loss.

On the right, three broccoli (which are starting to show heads) a kale and 8 heads of lettuce

Then at the back, a zucchini, in front of it is a cucumber (although somewhat hidden right now) another tomato, and then two basil plants

On the other side, another cucumber, 6 swiss chard, another tomato and a spaghetti squash

your garden looks great! I use the same types of covers you do, and love them! did you make them yourself? What type of frame do you have on the bottom if any? Looks like wood or metal? Congrats on a nice garden... Wink

The covers are 1x2 made from hardware cloth with a wooden frame at the bottom made from the frame of an old broken outdoor umbrella
