First boxes done.
It's started. I have 1 4x4 box and a 1x8. The 4x4 has Garlic, bunching onions, chicory, radichio, carrot seeds (ball carrots) and radish seeds. I have 3 squares reserved for more carrots next weekend.
The 1x8 will have vines, maybe a zucchini and buttercup squash.
Mel's mix (but missing 3 types of compost, I will add some organic fertilizer later)
The boxes
The result
I found 2 slugs in the garden this morning. That was like a warning shot across the bows.
A few other pics in my blog.
