I'm taking chances, I know, but I've been putting things outdoors sooner than the calendar expects. With using heavy row cover nites, I hope my plan works and I get early crops.

I set out 4 Crispino lettuces that I've been growing under the lights. To prevent sun problems, I've covered them with shade cloth and will do so for the next few days. The 3 larger ones on the left are Buttercrunch which I've had out for a week and they are fine.

Even the broccoli are doing just fine with heavy row covers at nite.
Wish me luck in my endeavors.

quiltbea, you are being sensible with your choices of what is going outside. I think they will be fine!
