I just placed my order for Yellow moon shallots & potato onions from Fedco Seeds Moose Tubers. The site says they will start shipping in April.

Dixie, maybe next year we can trade shallots. I have the standard smallish red and then should have a few of the coveted grey. Wink

Supposedly the true shallot, French Gray Shallots, coveted by chefs worldwide for exceptional flavor. Took me 3 years but I finally got some this past fall. I hope they do well this coming spring.
