Yep, you read it right. I just don't have a big enough yard for everything. My 4'x6' in it's current location is already beginning to be shaded by the Western Red Cedar hedge on the lot line behind me anyway. And I regretted not building a table top set up. (Could have saved a lot of trouble with my 1 y.o. this last season!). No worries, I'll build some table height narrow beds up along the house where they will get more sun and that'll keep the chickens out too! Can't re-use the existing vinyl parts, so may as well try to re-sell.
Update from Alaska
Well at the beginning of the month I got everything covered and ready for snow. We got snow about 3 weeks ago, I am hoping that the strawberries make it thru as well as my tiger lilies. I am working on my plan for next year. We are going to be making the boxes to add to the 4 we already have this winter, as soon as spring hits we will put them out and then get the soil added.
