In my area Spring honey is less likely to crystallize than Autumn honey. Raw honey will eventually crystallize and is perfectly fine for use. Do not ever give honey to infants, children under one year old.Triciasgarden wrote:I love honey but don't really know how to use it. I will have to get some honey from our local farmers' market.
