Thanks everyone for the help! I think I've got it...
This was taken around the 11th. Since then more vegeys have been coming up. We had to put complete fences around so our pup wouldn't think it was her personal dirt pile...

That looks really sharp! How hard is it to remove the fencing?

The boxes are wood from an old pool deck we took down. I asked Mel about this since it is old & pressure treated...and we wanted to recycle the wood. He said that if we wrap the insides with Visqueen and as long as the mix isn't touching any exposed wood it should be fine. We used 4mm of it for the inside of each box. Stapled at the top outside and bottom outside then put on weed barrier on top of that for the bottom.

It is not hard at all. It is one complete piece so when I need to remove for whatever reason it still rolls on it's own when pulled away from boxes.
