Re: compost ??
If that's all you can find use it. The idea of 5 types of compost is to give you a better chance of having all the nutrients and trace elements your plants need. Store bought compost usually comes from one source. You might want to add some type of fertilizer like Garden Tone.

Re: compost ??
Here is what I did. Went to Lowes, They had Mushroom compost, Black gold Cow manure compost and there own label of manure compost. So thats 3 kinds. Then I wend to wal-mart and got another that is humus and manure mixed. Now I have 4. The day I went to pick up my vermiculite I realized the place had Hen Fertilizer (it looks like hen poop but dried out). After talking to them about it and a little research I found that the Hen fertilizer is pretty close to Hen Compost. So that made number 5.
So check where you were able to get the vermic and see if they have any thing different than what you already have. Also remember, even if it is all cow manure compost and you get different brands it will be different. You will realize this one you open a bag up. I was amazed at the different colors and textures of the different brands.
You can let your fingers do the the walking on the phone keys instead of driving around town. Call and find out what brands each place have. You'll be amazed at what you can find if you put your mind to it.
