Got my boxes built! (pic)
Finally... after a few interruptions (sick kids, Statistics test, Sick husband, and rain) I built my boxes today! The rest of the weekend will be spent mixing my Mel's mix and filling them up. Then grids & trellises.
Built five 4 X 4's and two (of 12) 1 X 1's (high hats?) for the carrots.

Thanks! I'm really excited about the conversion to SFGing. So far, so good!

I may have to go get some seeds. I have Little Fingers & Kaleidoscopic, but they aren't the right kind for the contest.
@ Rhianna78
We are all better it was the 3 day flu bug and I got 100% on my test-Yeah!

Nice Job!
Your square foot gardens look great! You will potentially have tremendous yields with that many boxes. Enjoy the process and rewards to come.
I am starting seeds for my 3rd year SFGardens. I am up to 3 4X4 boxes now. I am so very excited for another season gardening. This method which I learned from THE book, has been really fun and opened the doors to gardening which my father and mother always did when I was younger.
My 7 month old son has been eating squash that I grew last season.
There isn't a more rewarding feeling than nourishing my son with food
that I grew.
