Hello From A SFG Wannabe
Hi. I got the book yesterday and have already finished it and am hooked! I don't have a garden but I am hoping to by Spring.
SFG sounds perfect for me because I have health issues that won't allow for me to spend back breaking hours weeding a garden. Thanks Mel for sharing all your knowledge and a pre thanks to e1 else who will be answering this gardening dummie's questions.

My question is, why wait til spring? You could plant your fall garden right now and have some spinach, any type of cabbage (except for kohlrabi), radishes, even salad greens. Start small, build yourself one box and get going! We are here to cheer!

Re: Hello From A SFG Wannabe
The reason for waiting till spring is most of the fall veggies my husband won't eat and I don't want to grow them just for me...another reason is I have to talk him into making the boxes for me.
If by spring I don't have my boxes I will bribe one of my sons. LOL
