When planting tomato seeds inside for an early start, only put 1.5" of soil/MM in the bottom of the cup. As the plants grow and get leggy under artificial or inadequate light, add more soil/MM. This step saves the extra step of transplanting young toms.  Cool

Be patient. Carrots and radishes -- especially icicle types -- can take a whole lot longer than advertised. Rolling Eyes (Probably already posted, but I need constant reminders. tongue)

Give things a chance to come back from last year before starting over. My "dead" chives from last winter came up again on their own, better than before. Very Happy
