yes I started growing oca last year. My kids love it. You can eat it fresh or cooked. There is a cheaper place online to get tubers - the only place I found in the US last year. I will look around to see if I can find their name. if you plant some make sure you keep it in the ground late..best until december or jan. I am in MI and we covered it in November with one of those water barrier thingies, and dug them up in Dec. We had about 2 lbs from 2 oca. I purchased 10, but ended up sharing with friends. i did not store properly and now only have 2 left to plant
