It's really thick plastic. We used it on some of our experimental beds, and it's working great! Really holds the moisture, yet drains well. We poked a bunch of holes for drainage. We are not sure where they will put their "garden" so hope it works well for them too

thought I'd post a pic of the garden we gave as a gift!! They were so happy, and it's doing well! Swiss chard, Basil , turnips, sugar snap, beets, Khor rabi. Everything is
