Another Video - Harvesting Dinner !
Okay Folks,
So you can see I'm enjoying my new camera. This time I'm harvesting a hearty salad for dinner. The meal came exclusively from the garden and of course I did jinx myself about no bugs because I show you how I found a cutworm that has eaten a young beet. Oh well, I guess losing the odd casualty is par for the course.
After a quick prep and some olive oil, here was the finished product. My next vids will be when I begin the hoop houses and go into season extension. It will be 37 here on Friday and Sat morning but I should make it another couple of weeks before that video series.
