Our First Garden
Okay we had a Tornado wipe out the yard in April...That did not stop us from our plan to do a garden.
Here is our result so far.

April, what a great job recovering from a tornado.
Several SFG beds, several compost bins and a nice sitting area under the tree. Lookin good!

Re: Our First Garden
Thank you Furbalsmom
Our garden has actually help me maintain my emotions as well...Our house is still under repair.
I'll be happy when all is restored again, and we don't have to keep seeing the damage done by the storm.
Tnx again for the compliment--> I love our garden very much, it's a blessing.

Wow April I'm so glad you were not hurt. Even without a tornado it must be very windy there looking at all the flat treeless land around your lovely garden. How do you deal with that?

Just keep looking at the garden and telling yourself that the house will get there! So many have had to deal with the devastation from the weather in these last few seasons. Glad to hear you are well and rebuilding your home, garden, and life!

Ummmm...The only winds we got was from the tornado storm and from a few isolated storms last month.
Other then that, we usually don't have high winds much around these parts.
And now w/o the pretty trees...I hope we don't deal with any high wind blowing our crop over.
