More potato questions
Hi! I found a "potato bag" at my favorite gardening shop. I'm wondering:
1. Is it too late to plant potatoes in SoCalif?
2. Is it ok to plant organic potatoes that have sprouted? I heard that somewhere, but not feeling confident about the reliability of the source.
Thanks everyone!!

As a former CA girl, I don't believe it is ever too late to plant something in SoCal! (except maybe lettuce in July) Let's see, organic potatoes that have sprouted - the alternative would be to waste them or compost them, so I say give them a try! What have you lost if it doesn't work?
