Chicken spinaki (spinach-stuffed chicken) recipe
By special request, I repost this from the Food from SFG subforum.
Chicken Spinaki is a Greek recipe for chicken breast stuffed with a spinach/dill/feta
cheese mixture and baked in the oven. The fresh dill makes a huge
difference in the taste of the dish. I don't use a recipe myself, but
the one on this page looks pretty close to what I do.

Oh, and if you don't like feta cheese, you might try romano or parmesan cheese. And I'd bet that anyone who has fresh spinach from their SFG would be able to use that in this recipe too!

I had to smile when I read the introduction. A guy cooking for his girl on a first date. Using eight whole chicken breasts. Wow!
