Wow, was I saying something last month about it being cool?? Now we're gonna get, and stay, HOT for at least the first full week of July, maybe into next week here in the Modesto area of the Central Valley...100+ for the next 6-8 days...Yikes!! Soooo, with that said, here are the things you can begin planting now for a great harvest in the Fall and into Winter...

Brussels sprouts Grow in seed trays, and plant out in 4-6 weeks.
Harvest from December.

Pak Choy Sow in garden.
Harvest from October.

Sunflower Sow in garden.
Harvest from November.

Zucchini (also Courgette/Marrow, Summer squash)
Grow in seed trays, and plant out in 4-6 weeks.
Harvest from October.

The above information is from http://www.gardenate.com/
Enjoy!
