Two month update
I started building a crazy amount of boxes exactly two months ago and this is an update on how my garden looks now. with pictures to compare.
Here it is pre-string and all while I was building them.

Here are the picture of the garden today. I just now started to string up my squares so that it can officially be called and SFG. hehe. Unfortunately texas is having a drought and I could only imagine how much nicer the garden would look with some natural rain water.

enjoy the pics.

Re: Two month update
Quite an improvement with 2 months of growth.
Those eggplants look great, and mine are still in pots inside the house
. One artichole seems to be doing exceptionally well.
The sweet potato slips are growing like mad on the counter top.
Really looking good!

Just beautiful. Its done so well. Dont photoshop the "yellow" leaf. It shows you have hardly any. It shows how hard you have worked to keep it green:) You have done a nice job on that garden!!

Nice job! I thought I had a lot of beds. I'm going to have to show this to my husband so that he can see that I really do need more. I love your kitchen window. I used to have one just like that when we lived in Killeen. I used to grow the best orchids in that window.

Wow, cienfuegos!!! I have a measley two boxes, started small like Mel recommends. I can't wait to add more! I only have 2 eggplants, but they're looking great so far and are blooming now. I can only hope that I eventually get eggplants as gorgeous as yours! Great looking gardens! Congrats!

Re: Two month update
thanks everyone. i'll post pics up when I haul in a good bounty. the food is slowly starting to trickle in for the moment. I have a few boxes i didn't post pictures of either. I have so many leftover slips from my sweet potato box(not pictured) that they are taking over my kitchen. i am up to about 23 or 24 boxes and i want a few more. but the wife, who originally wanted a garden, has vetoed.
so i'm pulling out old tires to plant more sweet potatoes from the garage and looking to plant things in the ground (non-sfg) as well.

Oh, it has come on a treat. If that needs translating from the Yorkshire dialect it means it has grown well and it looks good. I like your corner window sill, mine are stuffed full of plants as well.
