Rhubarb: A truly Canadian dish?
For many of us Canadians it is rhubarb season. What about in the US? Anyone growing it? Here is an article and some ideas:

Mine is not in my square foot garden, but came with the house in a little garden bed nearby. I have seen them growing untended next to fences in the alley, they are so hardy.
