Got the balance of my garden planted on Saturday morning. Radishes and lettuce coming up beautifully. All was right in my SFG world!

Went out for a couple of hours in the afternoon with the family and returned to a chewed up red pepper and dug up cucumber and pumpkin seeds. Grrrrrrr! This morning I woke to find a fair bit of my beautiful garden trampled and dug up.

I picked up chicken wire, stakes and netting first thing this morning. I replanted the garden where needed and immediately boxed it in. I expect there will be one (or more) rather ticked off critters. Fingers crossed for a quiet night in the veggie patch!

Bright side of the weekend - Way more sunshine than expected!!!!!

I had the same problem, found out it is a starling plucking my strawberries, eating my lavender and picking and nibbling on my tomato plants. Still need to build 2 more covers, using plastic shopping baskets at night. I think the little monsters do it at dusk and dawn. It is very frustrating.
