Re: Cauliflower question
Snowball - semi upright (so will take up less space)
What is meant with semi upright? Doesn't cauliflower grow upright all the time? It is not a vine plant or something.

Re: Cauliflower question
Mine always grow upright and they only take one square per plant, whether they are Freemonts or Violet Queens.

It means the green leaves around the outside of the head stand up a bit, they don't spread out to the sides much

Re: Cauliflower question
My favorite ways to eat cauliflower are roasted with onion and garlic.... and raw in a cauliflower salad. If you roast it, and you have leftovers, it makes a GREAT roasted cauliflower soup!
I love the orange cauliflower best. It's also very high in vitamin A. It doesn't change color when cooked.
