Don't tell anyone I said this out loud, but I'm really hoping for rain. We haven't had any since Saturday and I've been hand watering for a couple days now. Oh, my - did I really just ask for more rain??!!

Of all people....lol.

I need some, too. This warmer weather is starting to dry things out. I don't think any of us mind the rain when things get dry. We just don't like the hail and wind-in-a-circle that can accompany it.

"Of all people....lol"

I know, right?! I only say that because there is no water source at the community garden. I carry my water down there in milk jugs. I haven't had to do that this year until this week. So Mother Nature's help would be awesome! Are you getting pounded today?

Not yet. The Rain Gods allowed me to cut my grass for the day first. Supposed to break loose a bit tonight, though. As a thank you to the Gods, I went out and peed on my Madame Heape. I was hopping on one foot, though, as sort of a "thank you" and "rain dance" all wrapped into one. I may be lazy, but I'm also efficient. Embarassed
