Does it make a difference in which one to use when it comes to gardening?

Personally, I no longer use either in gardening as they did not last a full growing season.

I prefer nylon type twine as it will last and is almost unbreakable.

I use jute, but the sisal should work fine. I prefer this type of twine because at the end of the season, when I am deconstructing the garden, the twine is compostable Very Happy

Personal Choice...I love that camp composts hers, I am using nylon as well though. I have some boxes on season 2 with it.
