Tonadose des Conores and Lime Green Salad tomatoes
Anybody have experience growing either of these tomato varieties from seed? I've tried three times now to get the seeds to germinate, with no luck. I've also seen the first one written as tomadose des comores.

Krishna,
Sorry I have not tried these two varieites, but have been very successful in germinating all types of seeds when using vermiculite.
Are you using seed starting mix, peat pods (jiffy pellets), vermiculite?
I used peat pellets and had horrible luck, I believe it was due to keeping the pellets at the correct level of moisture. My issues were low germination rates and poor success getting past the tiny seedling state.
I started using the vermiculite and had great germination rates, up-potted to small cells and the seedlings have done well.

Thanks for the reply. I did read your post and I'll def keep that in mind as I plan on starting seeds throughout the season. Actually on Friday, I checked my seed cups to find that two each of the LGS and TDC seeds finally sprouted. Yay!
