In St. Louis we are right on the bubble. Storms this morning included baseball size hail south of us in Pevely MO which broke car windows. Round 2 is scheduled for later today. Thank goodness DD soccer game was postponed from today to next week. Cannot wait to get home.

Re: April 19 TOR CON Forecast..
Yeah, we dodged some bullets lately. We got smacked around during the winter with some tornadic close calls. But, something today has me feeling eerie. I hate that gut feeling and hope it's wrong every time I feel it.
5-6 on TOR CON won't usually make me worry, but we just keep getting storms like cars on a freight train.
God Bless, All.

WARNINGS!!
8 of our tv viewing area counties are under tornado warnings as of 8pm local time. What a rockin' night!
I've been watching the StormChasers on that link I shared last week, and they are all over the place. I've seen 4 tornadoes within 50 miles of my house. How's that for TOR-CON? LOL.
Luckily, we've dodged most of it, and it looks like the back edge is making it's way through my area. Hope those of you to the east are battening down. We may be seeing overnight tornadoes.
This storm is driven by it's dynamics.....not heat of day. Sunset won't weaken these much tonight. Stay safe!

Re: April 19 TOR CON Forecast..
We had a tornado west of us heading NE and a big storm went right above us, just a bit of rain.
Re: April 19 TOR CON Forecast..
I was outside working in one of my beds, preparing to get the corn, beans, and acorn squash in later this week. I came in at 7:00 pm to watch Glee, next thing I know hail is pounding the window, then the sun is out and a beautiful rainbow. I sit back down only to be blasted with tornado sirens. When I decided to poke my head out the wind was blowing so hard I could hardley hear my daughter, Now all is quiet. I think I have had enough for the day.

Sad to admit, I'm a Gleek, too. I am a humongous weather nerd. So much so I can watch them break in all night long. But, I was so happy to see them break off the storms to let Glee run it's course.....as much as they could...lol. Money talks.
It looked like we were going to get missed by a gap in the storms, but something happened and that gap filled in literally in 10 minutes. Crazy stuff. Glad you're good, too.
