GGGRRRR ..... Arugula bolted already !!!!
Well here we are folks...not even out of MARCH yet and my Arugula bolted already. Its bitter as heck......YUCK.

That's the problem with transplants sometimes and the price you pay for being a little too lazy to do seed. The stress of transplant shock, then a week of low 70's plus 82 degrees the past two days was just too much for them I guess. The other 3 are all forming seed stalks also.

I might save the seed though. They were nice up until then. Got almost 4 weeks out of them.
