Hi!

I'm Susie and I live in Springfield, IL. I recently attended a one day seminar, "A Winter's Day in the Garden" in Southern Illinois. Josh (who seems to be on here a lot!) spoke about square foot gardening and I'm now changing an entire part of my landscape.

I'm looking forward to learning from all of you. If you have brilliant ideas like Josh does, I KNOW I'll learn a lot!

Hi Susie! Welcome to the forum and to SFG! glad you\'re here

Josh is such a wonderful gardener and teacher (and writer!) and we are very fortunate to have him here in the forum. So glad to hear you got a chance to hear him speak!

We'd love to hear more about your plans to rearrange your landscape and what you're interested in growing. (And we LOVE pictures!) There are many experienced gardeners here who'd be happy to help you. This is a very exciting time of the year for us, as we plan out our gardens for the coming year.

I'm glad you joined us on the forum! I remember talking with you! There are a lot of great people here!

I'm going to be working on a new sfg area this year for my mom, she wants me to change over and design her flower garden area into SFG's. If it ever warms up I'll be starting on it. I look forward to seeing what every one will be doing this year in their SFGs. I'll be watching for your post!

I am curious about your name....Goddess_Susie! How did you get it? The reason I ask is because I work at a paint store and my customers have given me the nickname of "The Paint Goddess". LOL! Cracks me up.
