Hallo aan allen die Nederlands spreken. Mijn naam is Tony en ik denk dat SFG iets voor mij is.
Ik ga er in ieder geval mee van start, zodra het weer en het seizoen dit toelaat.
Ik ben ook van plan om zowel voor mezelf en voor iedereen die ook van start wil gaan mijn doen en laten goed bij te houden op een blog. Zo kunnen we er nog wat van opsteken.
Neem alvast een kijkje op mijn blog en als je wil laat dan eens weten wat je er van denkt. Suggesties en of opmerkingen zijn welkom.

I'm actually living in Belgium, that's just beside the Netherlands.We all speak Dutch.
I accidentally came across a website that was about SFG. I really like the concept and decided to give it a try.
So next spring I'll start the adventure. I'll keep you posted on my blog.

Waar heb je het vak symbolen en de groenten te gaan in het vak roosters? Ik vond de uitstraling van deze.

I'm LaFee, an American transplanted to France, and the Regional Host for the Europe forums.

There are several posters from Holland that were active last summer, so I'm hoping they'll be back in the spring. I think we're all just sitting with our noses pressed against the window right now, waiting for the snow to melt!

In the meantime, you're welcome to sit here and talk about all the things we WANT to plant next spring!

I can work with Sketchup quit good, I use it in my profession as a 3D modeler, so I made the 3d model of the boxes myself and assigned the veg pictures to the model. I got these pictures from seeds catalogs.
No big deal, really.

Maybe not for you, but I'm the person whose kids had to make a cheat sheet of how to turn the computer off and on when I got my first computer. I'm still suitably impressed with your models and look forward to seeing more of your plans.

Hi Tony:

I don't speak Dutch either, but it looks similar enough to German that I understood a bit. My aunt used to live in Eindhoven when she was a child (she was taken prisoner during the war) and I've been there and also to Amsterdam and Keukenhof.

You say you now live in Belgium, well my most favorite place on earth is Brugge! We visited those areas when we lived in Germany and took our sons through the Benelux region.

Anyway I just wanted to say, "Hi!"

Brugge is indeed very beautiful and only a 30 minutes drive from where I live.
I think I should be happy living in Belgium.

Hoi Tony!
Welkom bij de sfg'ers!
Zelf ben ik vorig jaar begonnen met deze manier van tuinieren, voornamelijk omdat ik dacht met verhoogde bedden minder last van slakken te zullen hebben. Dat bleek niet helemaal zo te zijn helaas Smile

maar verder bevalt het harstikke goed. Op het moment weinig te doen in de tuin (m'n pastinaken zitten stijf bevroren in de grond), maar binnenkort begint het voorzaai-seizoen alweer. Ik ga zometeen je blog nog even bekijken!

dank u Mirjam voor het warme welkom.
Voor mij wordt het straks een avontuurlijk jaar, nog nooit groenten gekweekt en al meteen afgeweken van het oeroude pad van de klassieke groententuin.
Ik ga proberen zoveel mogelijk vorderingen op mijn blog te posten, er zal wel altijd iemand zijn die er wat aan heeft.
