I found this link. It may have been one that I saw here or somewhere else... Anyway we played with it all day at work! It doesn't have a ton of different veggies but you can change the names of things.
Oh! I have been planning my spring garden since the summer. I didn't get a good start on my SFG so I'm making up for it!

I have played with that garden planner for many hours myself.

Unfortunately, as you said it doesn't seem to have enough of a variety of veggies to play with.

I use www.growveg.com for most of my garden planning. It has quite a variety of plants from which to choose. There's a free trial, then $25.00 per year if you like it.
