Finally Found Some Veggie Sets
After searching at least ten stores, including all the local nurseries, I finally found some veggie sets for the fall garden. WalMart had them and the company is Metrolina Greenhouses in Huntersville, NC.
They were delivered to WalMart on about September 18. Hopefully, they will have them in your area and also in the future.
Just thought people would want to know this. I bought a six pack of white cabbage, turnips, and spinach sets. The plants looked healthy.

erbarnett,
Good for you! That will definitely give you a head start. Let us know how the plants do.
By the way, you posted this in the Lower South regional forum. You are actually in Upper South...all of WV is in Upper South except for maybe the tip of the northern panhandle.
Unless you posted here intentionally, I can wave my magic wand and move it the Upper South forum.
